Chocolate Almonds are coated with a thin layer of nougatine made of almonds flavoured with French
vanilla and herbs of Provence, then with a thin layer of slightly bitter dark chocolate.
Composition: almonds of Provence 36%, chocolate 45%, cane sugar 18%, vanilla and herbs of Provence 1%.
Cocoa Almonds are coated with a thin layer of nougatine made of almonds flavoured with French vanilla and herbs

Hazelnuts are coated with a thin layer of praslin, then with a thin layer of milk chocolate.
Composition: hazelnuts 36%, chocolate 45%, cane sugar 18%, vanilla and herbs of Provence 1%.
Coffee beans are coated with a thin layer of almond paste, then with a thin layer of dark chocolate.
Composition : Arabica Grand Arôme 18%, chocolate, cane sugar, vanilla, herbs of Provence.
